Advocacy Initiatives:

We design and implement workshops, webinars, panel discussions, and events aimed at engaging young adults and professionals in discussions on social-emotional learning, grassroots work and mental health from an intersectional perspective, to create a more equitable world through responsible participation and fostering problem-solving approaches.

Through workshops we drive public engagement and work towards strengthening knowledge, skills, and attitudes breaking the stigma and judgments attached to mental health, social inequities and marginalization.

Harjyot Kaur

"The workshop was not just informative, but also practical and interactive. What I appreciated the most was that the workshop was based on the realities of the Indian context, which is often missing from my psychology textbooks. The sessions initiated difficult conversations in a sensitive manner, and gave us a new perspective on minority rights.

Urvi Maheshwari

“The whole program was extremely enriching, meaningful and eye opening. It was curated with such care and attention to detail. I'm taking back so many valuable insights, lessons and learnings. It was a special learning opportunity which has genuinely helped me nurture a more sensitive and open perspective about the underserved communities, interventions, trauma, the impact of trauma, expressive arts therapy and its importance, SEL, neuro divergence and how deeply oppression and prejudice affects a community.
