Revive:

The first year focuses on reviving the school eco-system by investing all stakeholders in SEL in order to infuse (integrate / assimilate / amalgamate) social-emotional skills into the  DNA of the school.

Reform:

Teaching, learning and parenting SEL practices. Building a sustainable, positive and safe emotional school climate and strengthening relationships between stakeholders. 

Rebuild:

Equipping every stakeholder with the  tools to label, identify, understand and  manage emotions. Establishing peer to peer support  groups for each stakeholder category  to build a system that can run on auto pilot mode.
